Construction Management
Star Engineering looks upon Construction Management as a professional management practice consisting of an array of services applied to construction projects and programs through the planning, design, construction and post construction phases for the purpose of achieving project objectives, including the management of QA/QC, cost, time and scope.
Star Engineering treats each of its projects as a discipline and management system specifically created to promote the successful execution of offshore projects for our clients. These projects can be highly complex. Few offshore operators maintain the staff resources necessary to pay close, persistent attention to every detail--yet these details can "make or break" a project.
In a construction management role it is Star Engineering’s objective to augment the owner's staff with pre-planning, design, engineering, construction and management expertise that can assure the best possible project outcome, no matter what type of project delivery method is used.
It is always Star Engineering’s intention to represent the interests of the operator in its dealings with other construction professionals and with other private and public entities in the following areas:
