Star Engineering Services, Inc. sees construction management as a professional management practice consisting of an array of services applied to construction projects and programs through the planning, design, construction, and post construction phases for the purpose of achieving project objectives, including the management of QA/QC, cost, time and scope.

Star Engineering Services, Inc. treats each of its projects as a management system specifically created to promote the successful execution of offshore projects for our clients. As these projects can be highly complex, few offshore operators maintain the staff resources necessary to pay close, persistent attention to every detail--yet these details can "make or break" a project. Therefore, in a construction management role, it is our objective to augment the owner's staff with pre-planning, design, engineering, construction and management expertise in order to assure the best possible project outcome, no matter what type of project delivery method is used.
